( 1 ) To ensure the safe operation, quality and efficiency of software and services, and to improve and optimize our service experience, we will collect your: device model, operating system, unique device identifier ( Android such as AndroidID/OAID, iOS such as IDFA , IDFV, ICCID, GUID, OPENUDID, SIM card IMSI information before iOS14.5 ), battery, signal strength, configuration information, login IP address and mobile device version and device unique identification code ; information you search or browse when using our services, including the web search terms you use, the URL addresses of social media pages you visit , length of stay, refresh records, posting records, follows, subscriptions, favorites, shares, and other information and content details you browse or request when using our services; information about mobile applications ( APP ) and other software you have used , and information (metadata) contained in the content you share through our services .

( 2 ) To prevent viruses, Trojans or other malicious programs and websites, we may collect information about applications installed on your device (such as version, language, source, etc.), process information, overall operation, usage and frequency, application crashes, and performance data .

( 3 ) We may use your account information, device information, service log information, and information that our affiliates and partners may provide with your authorization or in accordance with the law to determine account and transaction security, conduct identity authentication, identify illegal and irregular situations, detect and prevent security incidents, and take necessary recording, analysis, and disposal measures in accordance with the law.

We may access exercise information . In order to facilitate you to view the exercise type or amount (such as steps, miles walked), exercise trajectory, exercise duration, calories consumed and other exercise data, we provide the function of displaying such exercise information on the device desktop. When you use this function, we need to access the above exercise information collected by the system motion sensor of your device to display it on the watch face desktop .

We may access health information. In order to help you understand your health and activity status (such as heart rate, heart rate variability, exercise time, standing hours, sleep time), we provide the function of displaying such health information on the device desktop . When you use this function, we need to access the above health information collected by the system sensors of your device to display the corresponding data on the device dial.

We may access location information. In order to facilitate you to obtain more accurate weather reports , we provide the function of displaying such weather information on the device desktop . When you use this function, we need to access the location of your device to obtain the city weather data of your current location and feedback this data to you. After obtaining your authorization, we will collect your geographic location information through GPS or WiFi . Please rest assured that this information will only be used to provide you with weather information, and your location information and weather information will not be uploaded to the cloud.

If you do not agree or cancel the authorization, you will not be able to use the corresponding function, but it will not affect your use of other functions of the product.

3. To provide you with customer service or other user response functions

When you contact our customer service or use other user response functions (such as submitting after-sales applications, personal information protection complaints or suggestions, other customer complaints and needs), we need you to provide necessary personal information to match and verify your user identity in order to protect the security of your account and system. The way permissions are displayed and closed varies on different devices. Please refer to the device or system development instructions and guidelines. Your device system may open other permissions while authorizing necessary information. We cannot close authorization manually or automatically.

The specific device permission calls are as follows:

（1）Location permission. When you use our weather forecast feature, we need to access the location of your device to obtain the city weather data for your current location and feed this data back to you.

（2）Read/write storage permissions. When you use MoreWatch products/services, in order to read/upload/download stored image resources for background image settings, implement image saving, create and publish images, and ensure the normal operation of the APP, we will apply for storage permissions, modify/delete the contents in the SD card, and read the contents on the SD card;

（3）Notification permissions. When you use MoreWatch products/services, if you want to receive timely notifications from the system or friends, we will apply for access to your notification permissions;

（4）set location, storage, and notification permissions through [Settings] - [APP] - [MoreWatch] .

(III) Personal information collected and used without consent in accordance with the law

Please understand that in the following circumstances, in accordance with laws, regulations and relevant national standards, we do not need to obtain your authorization or consent to collect and use your personal information:

(1) Those directly related to national security or national defense security;

(2) Directly related to public safety, public health, or major public interests;

(3) Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial and execution of judgment;

(4) For the purpose of protecting the life, property or other major legitimate rights and interests of the personal information subject or other individuals, but it is difficult to obtain the consent of the individual;

Please understand that as our business develops, there may be some adjustments and changes to the functions and services provided by MoreWatch .
